After Mom passed away in 2010, I realized how much everyone missed her Hungarian pastries. After all, every holiday season, she would bake dozens of nutrolls and pass them out to friends and family. I decided to take that recipe and hone it into a true craftsmanship, always trying to make them as good as Mom's were. 12+ years after her passing, and yet her legacy remains.
